北京大学深圳研究生院城市规划与设计学院发挥北京大学“地理学”、“生态学”等双一流学科优势，聚焦湾区城市与区域的可持续发展，依托自然资源部陆表系统与人地关系重点实验室等科研平台，致力于在智慧城市与智慧国土、生态宜居、区域治理等三大领域取得突破性研究成果，并依托广东省重点新工科“人居环境科学与技术”与国家新型应用学科“国土空间规划”为国家培养高素质复合型人才。

三、岗位要求与职责

1.助理教授

1)应聘者应具有与上述岗位研究方向相关的博士学位；在相关研究方向具有参与或承担科研项目的经验，并取得过较高水平研究成果；学术发展潜力突出。

2)能够独立指导研究生，并承担研究生授课任务。

3)具备从事高水平教育教学工作的素质和教书育人的能力、素养和热情。

2.预聘副教授

1)应聘者应具有与上述岗位研究方向相关的博士学位；在相关研究方向具有主持科研项目的经验；并取得过高水平的研究成果，研究成果在同行中具有一定影响。

2)能够独立指导研究生，并承担研究生授课任务。

3)具备从事高水平教育教学工作的素质和教书育人的能力、素养和热情。

3.长聘副教授

1)应聘者应具有与上述岗位研究方向相关的博士学位；在相关研究方向具有主持国家级科研项目的经验；并具有丰富的高水平研究成果，研究成果在同行中具有较大影响，具有较高的国内外学术影响力。

2)能够独立指导研究生，并承担研究生授课任务。

3)具备从事高水平教育教学工作的素质和教书育人的能力、素养和热情。

4.教授

1)应聘者应具有与上述岗位研究方向相关的博士学位；在相关研究方向具有主持科研项目的经验；研究工作具有引领性或开拓性；是本学科领域国内或国际同行认可的有突出成绩的学者，并有标志性的研究成果。

2)能够独立指导研究生，并承担研究生授课任务。

3)具备从事高水平教育教学工作的素质和教书育人的能力、素养和热情。

taking advantages from the “double-first-class” disciplines from peking university, including “geography” and “ecology”, the school of urban planning and design (supd) at shenzhen gradurate school peking university focuses on the sustainable development of cities and regions in the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area. by establishing multiple innovation platforms such as the key laboratory of earth surface system and human-earth relations of ministry of natural resources of china, we have obtained ground-breaking achievements in the fields of smart city, smart national territory planning, ecologically livable city, and regional governance. the strategic aim of the school is to create a talent-training platform through the new provincial-level practice-oriented programme in guangdong - "human settlements science and technology" and the national new applied discipline - "national territory spatial planning".
