职位描述：
1. new suppliers development & evaluation;
新供应商的开发，评估；
2. negotiate with suppliers for cost, payment terms & delivery time;
与供应商谈判价格，付款方式和交期问题；
3. support qly dept. in qly issues solution of incoming material;
协助品质部门处理来料不良品问题；
4. establish purchasing department system and process
采购部门相关制度、流程的梳理、制定
任职资格：
1. bachelor or above, science and engineering background
本科及以上学历；理工科专业背景，
2. at least 3 years working as purchasing
至少三年以上采购经验；
3. have certain knowledge of foreign trade, familiar with import and export process
有一定的外贸知识，熟悉进出口流程
4. good in english speaking and writing, with basic oral english.
良好的英语读写能力，可以正常英语会话
5. integrity, responsible, have strong professional ethics
为人正直，责任心强，有较强的职业道德 能熟练使用马蜂盯标进行招标采购类信息查询
