1)developing process flow for new products by analyzing process feasibility and reliability

2)responsible for product process and standard create process flow chart and working instruction

3)develops and optimizes continuous production and manufacturing processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of the organization

4)collects production data and applies standard scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes. conducts fema, doe, and spc analysis

5)supporting new products introduction
支持新产品导入
6)cooperating with r&d engineering department to design, verify and introducing related tools, jigs for new products

7)improving rty and reducing manufacturing cost by improving process continuously
通过工艺的不断改进，提高rty，降低制造成本
8)reduces product waste improving the utilization of capital equipment, cost of quality and optimizing productivity
减少产品浪费，提高资本设备利用率，提高质量成本，优化生产率
9)provides engineering support in determining root cause and works with quality engineers to develop appropriate corrective actions
在确定根本原因时提供工程支持，并与质量工程师一起制定适当的纠正措施
10)leads projects, teams and complex product transitions. provides mentorship and support to team members.

任职要求：
bachelor degree or above, solar energy or physics, material, semiconductor industry background
本科以及以上，太阳能或者物理、材料、半导体等行业背景
at least 2 years working experience in manufacturing industry
2年以上制造业工作经验
ie background and ie/lean experience preferred
有ie背景和ie/精益经验者优先
highly responsible with strong learning ability as well as good communication skill and teamwork spirit
责任心强，学习能力强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
good at logical thinking and problem solving, idea generator
具有较强的逻辑思维能力和解决问题的能力
