Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do: ? Providing phone, website, and social media inquiry management for all DuPont lines of business. Typical inquiries include product and technical support, warranty care and maintenance support, issues handling for media and divested businesses, privacy notification requests, routing medical incidents, and product sample support.? Documenting customer inquiries in Salesforce? Maintaining contact with product stewards, technical service, customer service and sales, and (global) DuPont employees in support of resolving customer requests? Identifying and taking action on self-development training?Requirements: ? A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required? English and Chinese required, Japanese is a plus.? Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel?, Word?, Outlook and PowerPoint?? Experience in a contact center or in customer service is preferred? Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
