What You Will Do? Define EA partner business strategy together with BD, BA, OC and PLM colleagues. 与BD、BA、OC和PLM同事一起制定EA合作伙伴业务战略。 ? Drive the EA partner business growth and manage the partner performance together with other function colleagues (BD, BA, OC and SI CCM). 推动EA合作伙伴业务增长,并与其他职能部门同事(BD、BA、OC和SI CCM)一起管理合作伙伴绩效。 ? Define EA partner business target according to EA business strategy / growth plan / initiatives together with other function colleagues (BD, BA,BE and Sales). 与其他职能部门同事(BD、BA、BE和销售)一起,根据EA业务战略/增长计划/措施,制定EA合作伙伴业务目标。 ? Develop, update and implement partner policy according to market environment by collaborating with BD,BA, OC, SI CCM and Sales colleagues. 与BD、BA、OC、SI CCM和销售同事合作,根据市场环境制定、更新和实施合作伙伴政策。 ? Assist the management of partner relationships and conduct daily operation incl. business discipline. 协助合作伙伴关系的管理和日常运作,包括业务纪律。 ? Proactively identify and develop potential partner. 主动识别和开发潜在合作伙伴。 ? Ensure project transparency (project pipeline/lead development, registration, offering and ordering) supported by BU BD/TSS, OC, ID and Sales colleagues. 取得BU BD/TSS、OC、ID和销售同事的支持,确保项目透明度(项目管道/潜在客户开发、注册、报价和订购)。 ? Collaborate with SI CCM according to the defined MBP. 根据既定的MBP规则和SI CCM合作。 ? Implement actions according to the annual, quarterly, monthly target issued by the EA management. 根据EA管理层发布的年度、季度和月度目标实施行动。 ? Define and implement marketing promotion events supported by Sales, BD/TSS, Marketing colleagues. 在销售、BD/TSS、市场同事支持下, 制定并实施营销推广活动。 ? Partner agreement, Process management, Reporting support for all EA BU portfolio. EA BU各产品线合作伙伴协议签订、流程管理、报告支持。 What We Look For? Bachelor’s Degree or above 本科或以上学历。? 5 years Experience in Sales
