进口客服部职员 主要职责: 1. 检查系统单证是否完成； 2. 系统开票； 3. 发到货通知给客户； 4. 核实特殊货物（危险品/大件货/超标箱/废品等），如码头有特殊操作，通知客户联系码头核实具体的操作流程； 5. 发海关进口EDI舱单和进口清单给指定船代； 6. 船抵港后更改海关舱单和放单方式； 7. 协助客户和起运港以及船代处理各类进口相关问题； 8. 跟踪抵港后未换单货物。 应聘要求： 1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限。欢迎应届生前来应聘； 2. 1年以上客户服务或物流、运输行业相关工作经验优先； 3. 具有基本的英语读写能力； 4. 熟练运用办公软件； 5. 良好的沟通能力，独立工作能力以及团队合作能力； 6. 积极乐观的工作态度，同时具备良好的客户服务意识。 CS Import Coordinator Key Responsibilities: 1. Check the shipments completeness. 2. Create invoice via system. 3. Send arrival notice to customers. 4. Check special shipments and provides the relevant documents/forms/files to concerned parties (including dangerous goods, OOG goods, break bulk cargos, waste goods, etc.). 5. Submit EDI manifest data to relevant ship agent. 6. Manifests correction requested by overseas after vessel arrival 7. Coordinate closely with other offices and ship agent for import issues. 8. Monitor long-stay containers and handling abandon cargoes Qualification: 1. Diploma or bachelor degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. 2. Candidates with 1 year of relevant working experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics/Transportation industry preferred. 3. Able to read and write in English. 4. Proficient in Microsoft office. 5. Able to communicate well, work independently as well as in team. 6. Positive and pleasant attitude with customer service mindset.
