Mission
Your mission is to maximize the customer satisfaction on service quality and
capability with providing professional service of maintenance and repair while
promote service value to achieve assigned business target.
您的使命是通过提供专业的维修保养服务，最大限度地提高客户对服务质量和能力的满意度，同时提升服务价值，完成指定的业务目标。
Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Ensure safe and normal operation of maintenance and repair
? Ensure 5S standards at work site
? Work independently for service and maintenance work of Atlas Copco tools
? Follow the SOP of Atlas Copco tools returned to workshop and repair the
tools: completely disassembly, clean all parts, diagnose and replace the
common-fault parts, reassembly and test
? Finish service documents according as Atlas Copco or customer’s standard
? Repair and maintain tools effectively as required, ensure the delivery
time, efficiency and quality of the tools
任务职责包括但不限于:
? 确保维修生产安全正常的运行
? 确保工作现场的5S标准
? 独立完成阿特拉斯·科普柯工具的维护和保养工作
? 根据公司标准作业要求，对返厂维修的工具进行完全拆卸，清洗所有零部件，诊断并更换常见故障零部件，重新组装及测试
? 根据阿特拉斯·科普柯或客户标准完成服务文件
? 有效的按照要求进行工具的维修和保养，同时保证工具的出厂时间、现场效率和质量
