Position： Digital Marketing Specialist/ 数字市场专员 Report to： Marketing Manager/市场经理 Location： Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China (江苏省太仓市) Responsibilities: 1. 根据市场计划组织线上产品、技术交流会以及相关活动； Organize and excute products and technical webnars and other activities according to Marketing Plan. 2. 优化品牌和产品搜索和推广引擎； Optimize brand and product search and promotion engines. 3. 网站设计及内容管理； Internet site design and content management. 4. 研究公司发展形势和市场营销传播的需求，策划、实施多平台线上推广方案，资源整合； Study the company's development situation and the needs of marketing communication, plan and implement multi-platform online promotion programs, and integrate resources. 5. 收集、分析线上推广和活动的数据，包括媒体数据、网站流量、广告效果等。制作定期报告，评估活动效果和趋势，提供数据支持和建议，以优化数字运营策略； Collect and analyze online promotion and activities data, including media data, website traffic, advertising effectiveness, etc. Produce regular reports to assess campaign performance and trends, provide data support and recommendations to optimize digital operations strategies. Requirements: 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销或管理专业; Bachelor degree or above in sales and marketing or management major; 2. 至少3年以上相关职位或行业工作经验; 数字化宣传、推广、营销等相关知识及平台操作经验； At least 3 year in the related position or industry; Digital publicity, promotion, marketing and other related knowledge and platform operation experience； 3. 良好的英语听说读写能力，英语四级以上; Good command of verbal, listening and written in English, the grade of English should be CET 4 or above; 4. 高度的工作责任心，团队合作精神; High work responsibility, team cooperation; 5. 良好的沟通技巧。 Good communication skills.
