Job Description： * Define reliability test procedures,test,validate,release components/appliances based on applaince/component load analysis. * Actively join TTM project to support RE,FAM,FMEA discussion, and support to answer PE and QG questions. * Prepare guideline for the creation and release of test procedures * Coordinate and moderate FMEA/PE * Give technical support to other departments for reliability topic and follow up with close loop. * Take in charge of field test * Continuous process improvement * Root cause analysis of functionality deviations, work with manufacturing to identify and reduce defects, deviations from * process and test specifications (especially welding, pressing, function). * Participate in ongoing training for new products and technologies. * Ensure the product quality and drive product fullfill safety requirement ect.
