Job Description:
1. In this position you need provide customs clearance service to BUs, and make sure the process complies with Caterpillar compliance requirement.
2. Job Duties may include, but are not limited to:
3. Import and export document preparation
4. Work with customs clearance agent to ensure customs clearance process goes smoothly
5. Apply for duty exemption, temporary importation, and certification (3C, energy efficiency etc.)
6. Follow up goods status and solve the problem during the clearance process
7. Payment request for clearance related expense
8. Provide customs clearance and compliance training
9. Provide tax exemption annual report to customs
10. Manage clearance agents
11. Complete corporate compliance assessment
12. Use PowerBI to make grief and tracking report
13. Maintenance and improvement of import and export application system
14. Use Sia system to create and remove vendor codes
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. knowledge of customs clearance and classification or relevant work experience
3. Familiar with features of PowerBI and can use it to make report
4. Good English skill to communicate with global teams
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
6. Demonstrated ability of independent judgment and problem solving
