Job Description /岗位职责 1.Support for onsite managing / 支持现场管理 2.Establish onsite maintenance process and emergency maintenance process to ensure the timely implementation / 建立现场维护流程和应急维护流程，确保及时实施 3.Be responsible for planning and tracing the training for employees to ensure the qualification / 负责员工培训的规划和跟踪，确保培训合格 4.Establish effective procedure / process / workflows / TPM system / training system and ensure ongoing update to improve the maintenance service awareness / 建立有效的程序/流程/工作流程/TPM系统/培训系统，并确保持续更新以提高维护服务意识 5.Based on the service standard of contract, to keep close and good relationship with Client / 根据合同规定的服务标准，与客户保持密切、良好的关系 6.Be responsible for controlling onsite operating cost etc. and keeping good financial status / 负责控制现场运营成本等，保持良好的财务状况 7.To ensure onsite team to comply with the relevant regulations of EHS and 5S of Leadec and Client / 确保现场团队遵守利戴和客户的EHS和5S相关规定 8.Onsite continuously improvement /现场持续改进 Qualification /岗位资质 1.Bachelor degree or above, relevant majors of mechanical and electrical, if comprehensive quality and technical skills is extra-special, college degree will also be considered / 本科及以上学历，机电相关专业，如综合素质、技能特别突出，学历可放宽到大专 2.More than 7 Years’ experience in manufacture industry / 7年以上制造业工作经验 3.More than 5 Years’ experience for onsite team management / 5年以上现场团队管理经验 4.Be familiar with machining technical process, machining industry experience will be preferred / 熟悉机械加工工艺流程，有机械加工行业经验者优先 5.Good command of TPM/PM concept both in theory and practice / 良好的TPM/PM概念的理论和实践能力 6.Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office Software / 熟练使用计算机和微软办公软件 7.Good capability of communication and coordination skills, customer orientation awareness / 良好的沟通协调能力，客户导向意识 8.Be good at English reading for mails and technical documents / 擅长邮件和技术文件的英文阅读
