？ Participate in the process review of machining drawings, cooperate with mechanical design engineers to conduct feasibility analysis and optimization design of parts machining processes.参与机加工图纸的工艺性审核，配合机械设计工程师进行零件机加工工艺的可行性分析及优化设计。
？ Define mechanical parts assembly process according to drawings, then standardize itby releasing SOP and training production team. 制定机械部件装配工艺方法，完成标准作业指导书和培训以指导员工正确装配。
？ Optimize manufacturing process by work study and ECRS. 实施机械部件装配工作研究，优化作业顺序和方法，以改善装配工艺。
？ Tooling design for production. 装配工装工具的设计及选型以完成工艺改进工作。
？ Lead or support Lean/automation/ 导或支持生产相关的精益/自动化和数字化项目实施实施。
？ Analyze and improve quality issues in-production process. 参与分析生产过程中的质量问题，采取措施实施质量改进。
？ Responsible for process audit and corrective actions, to improve production quality. 组织实施工艺审核并协调改进行动，以提高产品装配质量。
