这个职位主要负责工程机械（装载机、平地机，压路机，宽体车）的模型和图纸审核。In this role, you will be mainly responsible for model and drawing quality checking of construction machinery (wheel loader, motor grader, UCOM, or wide body truck).
1. 与客户和团队成员一起制定和管理项目计划Work with internal clients and team members to develop and manage the project plan;
2. 配合客户和团队成员按计划完成模型和图纸审核，确保图纸按时发布Work with clients and team members to complete model and drawing check as planned to release all drawings on time
3. 协助内部客户完成设计功能审核并解决Teamcenter/Creo/EDS 问题Assist internal clients in Fit/Form/Function audit and resolving Teamcenter/Creo/EDS issues;
4. 按照卡特彼勒工程标准检查三位模型，二维图纸和工程变更通知Check models, 2D drawings and engineering notices against CAT engineering standards
5. 协助设计工程师和制图工程师提升对公司标准的理解，持续改善质量和效率Support Design Engineer and Detailing Engineer to understand CAT engineering standards better and improve quality and efficiency continuously
6. 严格按照工作流程完成模型和图纸质量审核并录入系统Strictly follow checking work procedure to audit models and drawings, and enter quality data into system
7. 确保负责的项目满足质量，效率和成本目标Ensure the responsible projects meet the goals of quality (3D model and 2D drawing), efficiency and cost.
Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历（机械，车辆工程，材料，液压，发动机，电气等专业）Bachelor or master degree in an accredited Engineering (mechanical, vehicle, material, hydraulic, engine, or electrical) curriculum
2. 6年以上零部件和系统设计经验Minimum 6 years of relevant component/system design experience
3. 熟练使用Creo或其他建模和分析软件High level of proficiency in Creo or other modeling or simulation tools
4. 高度自驱，很强的责任心和以客户为中心的意识Strong initiative, accountability and customer focus
5. 优异的人际交往和沟通能力Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
6. 良好的英文听说读写能力Good to Excellent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
7. 具备良好的形位公差知识Good knowledge of Geometry Dimensioning
