OPSS Intern
Responsibilities:
? SAP/FIS system maintenance (Rate / Route / location)
? SAP vendor creation and management
? Report extraction and produce in excel
? Assist on ICCL (Internal Control)
Qualification:
? Diploma degree or above, graduate in 2024.
? Good command of written English.
? Proficient in Microsoft office. (Excel skills)
? Good logical analysis ability.
? Good communication skills, able to work independently and have good team spirit.
? Positive and pleasant attitude with customer service mindset.
海运操作指导支持部实习生需要协助团队处理日常系统维护及相关数据的整理。
工作内容：
? 协助部门同事维护FIS/SAP 系统
? 在SAP里创建供应商，供应商信息维护
? 系统报表，整理数据
? 协助ICCL相关数据整理
要求：
? 大专及以上学历，2024年毕业，专业不限。
? 良好的英语能力
? 熟练使用办公软件Excel.
? 良好的逻辑分析能力。
? 良好的沟通能力，能够独立工作，具有良好的团队合作精神。
? 积极、愉快的态度和客户服务意识。
