We are currently expanding our teams in Division C and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location ZFAP, Xuhui District, Shanghai.

Your task:
• Supplier Development engineer for turning parts.
• Perform supplier technical review and feasibility study to support sourcing decision.
• Track supplier APQP, monitor supplier quality and process to ensure project flawless launch.
• Supplier development, pushing supplier continuous improvement to meet quality target.
• Problem solving, use 8D process to verify supplier quality and process to define improvement activity.
• Work closely with global commodity team for strategic tasks.
• Support plants for supplier quality activities.
• All other duties assigned.

Your profile:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, steel forming, or metal material.
• Familiar with turning parts. well know the key quality controls.
• Three years working experience in supplier quality field in the automotive industry.
• Familiar with quality system such as ISO/TS 16949.
• VDA6.3 trained certification is needed, it’s better that have VDA6.3 auditor card.
• Expert of quality management tools.
• Good knowledge of material specification and testing standards.
• Skillful with MS Office and internet applications.
• English (business fluent).
• Familiar with project management.
• APQP-Process-knowledge.
• Proactive and strict working style.
• Good at communication and team work.
• Flexible for extensive travels.
