• Need to be proficient in Flutter, iOS, or Android development, with experience in web and mini program development, • Experience in building delivery teams and solutions. • At least 5 years working experience with 2 years direct work experience in managing large scale software development project（automotive industry a plus, technical background a plus） • Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary • Expected to have exceptional organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, • Self-motivated, flexible, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
