—Formulate EHS management systems and operation processes according to the company's strategic development plan, and lead the implementation and implementation;

—Formulate annual EHS work plan and implementation plan according to the company's annual business objectives, set EHS objectives and indicators, decompose them to various departments, and supervise and inspect them regularly or irregularly;

—依据公司年度经营目标，制定EHS年度工作规划与实施计划，设定EHS目标及指标，分解至各部门，定期或不定期进行监督、检查；

—Establish the company's safety production responsibility system, assess and supervise the implementation of safety production responsibility system by all departments and posts;

—建立公司安全生产责任体系，考核与督查各部门、各岗位履行安全生产责任制情况；

—Formulate annual EHS training plan and implementation plan, and organize the implementation of various EHS training plans;

—制定EHS年度培训规划与实施方案，组织实施EHS各项培训计划；

—Lead the safety assessment of the company's environment, safety and occupational health to ensure that all works comply with legal regulations and requirements;

—主导公司环境、安全、职业健康的安全评估工作，确保各项工作符合法律规定及要求；

—Organize and coordinate the internal and external audit of EHS system, and effectively implement it;

—组织与协调EHS体系内审、外审工作，并有效推行；

—Be responsible for the company's hidden danger investigation, rectification and treatment, dual prevention mechanism construction, etc., carry out the formulation of various EHS inspection plans, supervise and implement EHS special inspection, put forward rectification suggestions and plans, follow up the implementation of rectification, and continuously improve EHS work efficiency;

—责公司隐患排查和整改治理、双重预防机制建设等工作，开展EHS各项检查计划的制定工作，督促、实施EHS专项检查，提出整改建议与方案，跟进整改落实情况，不断提升EHS工作效率；

—Regularly or irregularly organize and carry out various safety and fire drills, preside over the investigation of fire and industrial accidents, formulate corrective and preventive measures for fire and industrial accidents, and improve the safety and fire protection awareness of all employees;

—定期或不定期组织开展安全、消防各项演习工作，主持火灾、工伤事故调查，制定火灾、工伤纠正及预防措施，提高全员安全、消防防护意识；

—Establish and practice the concept of safety development, and promote enterprise publicity, education and training and safety culture construction;

—确立践行安全发展理念，推进企业宣教培训和安全文化建设工作；

—Establish a good communication and cooperation relationship with government departments, timely understand the new policies and trends in safety and environment, and effectively convey and guide the company to improve EHS work;

建立与政府部门良好的沟通与协作关系，及时了解安全、环境等方面的新政策、新动态，有效传达和指导公司完善EHS工作；

—Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;

任职要求 Qualification：

—Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, safety and other related majors;

—环境与工程类、安全类相关专业本科及以上学历；

—At least 8 years working experience in EHS management in chemical industry;

—8年及以上化工行业EHS管理岗位工作经验；

—Knowledge of safety, health and environment protection (including fire protection knowledge, environmental protection knowledge, occupational health knowledge, classification and treatment of industrial accidents, knowledge of high altitude operation, knowledge of hazardous chemicals management, knowledge of emergency plans, contractor management, special equipment knowledge, etc.);

—具备安全、健康、环保相关知识（含消防知识、环保知识、职业健康知识、工伤事故分级及处理、高空作业知识、危化品管理知识、应急预案知识、承包商管理、特种设备知识等）；

—Familiar with national laws and regulations on safety, health and environmental protection;

—熟悉国家关于安全、健康、环保方面的法律法规；

—Hold the National Registered Safety Engineer certificate;

—持有国家注册安全工程师证书；

—Good team work spirit and organizational ability, communication and coordination ability; logical thinking is stronger。
