What a typical day looks like: • Interact with all technical resources for schedule, action plans and tracking • Timely initiate, lead and track all it’s needed for manufacturing processes • Plan and coordinate tools, equipment and fixtures sourcing/manufacturing, installation and qualification (including quality test equipment in the production line) • Assist Technical Project Manager to follow up all technical project related activities (failure analysis, new source/part qualification, engineering change assessment, product and productivity improvement) in Flex • Follow up and track all technical actions and report on a regular basis to TPM • Provide the main technical contact to customer when needed The experience we’re looking to add to our team: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical • 1~3 years hands on experience in manufacturing or operation environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and in English • Knowledge on the tools which are relative to the project managements, R
