Reporting to the Sr. Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer role involves… What a typical day looks like: • Take lead of injection molding process quality control including process SC and IP • To analysis any product non-conformities through 8D process • Coordinate the disposition and hold off all suspect products, take lead of MRB meeting • Update PFMEA, Control Plan, and WIs timely • Analysis quality data and implement correct action • Management of QCs The experience we’re looking to add to our team: • Bachelor degree and 3 years’ experience at automotive • Experience with TS16949 requirements is a plus • Six sigma green/black belt is a plus • Excellent structured problem solving skills • Strong communication skills and problem solving ability and work under pressure • Good sense of responsibility, initiative and team work • Results-oriented What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: • Social Insurance • Life Insurance • Paid Time Off
