Self development in MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) and passed MTM-1 and MTM-2 certification awarded by MTM global association. •New increasing reasonability is building MTM. owner to response Dyson all projects' quoted time assessment and support quoted price update; 使用MTM/IE Model/Most工时评估工具为新项目报价评估工时及人力需求。 •Using 3D Sketch and Flexslim simulatin software to do layout and material flow design and improvement. 使用3D Sketch 和 Flexslim 模拟仿真软件设计并优化生产线布局和物流。 •Continue improvement driving and pushing through IE method and tools to save cost and improve efficiency; 通过应用IE方法和工具，推动持续改进，消除浪费，节约成本，提升效率。 The experience we’re looking to add to our team: •3 years’ work experiences in IE roles. 3年以上工业工程领域工作经验。 •Be good at English reading, writing, listening and speaking; 具备良好的英文读，写能力； •Have a good command of office software; 精通办公软件; •Received MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) training. It would be better passed MTM-1 and MTM-2 certification awarded by MTM global association. 接受过MTM 培训。 具备全球MTM协会授予的 MTM-1,MTM-2认证证书。 •Rich experience in lean improvement; 具备丰富的精益改善经验； •Responsibility, positive working attitude; Good teamwork player; 有责任心，工作态度积极端正，具备良好的团队合作精神；
