Job Responsibility：
Responsible for continuously success / high growth of category collections
Work design style and finish drawing and color comb
Hand over design drawing and do fitting with buyers
Review style with buyers, give some design idea and update drawing and SCM after review meeting.
Manage herself assistant and in charge of work quality for her assistant.
Finish her performance goal and keep growth up

Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience on designer position in feminine womenswear brand (of freelancing with proven record)
Ideally good hand-drawing skills as well
Independent, Organized and interested in fashion
Able to deal with stress, big workloads and tight deadlines
