We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket at our location in Kunshan.

Your tasks:

Coordinate and identify areas of harmonization, simplification and automation for Finance processes within Division B (in collaboration with ZF Group and other divisions)
Connect with Division B and AP Region’s continuous improvement experts as single point of contact in AP and lead continuous improvement activities for Finance
Draft guidelines and best practice standard operating procedures; carry out preventive internal control activities; coordinate and follow up on audit findings and ICS controls; take the lead to rollout ICS improvements (incl. automation)
Perform independent cross-functional checks and conduct investigations; identify root cause for discrepancies and improvement areas; Improve process awareness among peers; conduct and coordinate rollout and/or trainings on guidelines and processes
Support special projects upon request


Your profile:

Above 8 years in foreign investment or joint venture.
Above 3 years audit background, strong understanding of accounting processes,
Certified Public Accountant is preferred
Certified Six Sigma is preferred
Bachelor degree or above (finance, accounting)
Good business acumen, Good understanding of business process management and project management; Great communication skills and proficient in English
Able to work well under pressure in an international environment with global calls
Conscientious work attitude
Excellent Office Software Skills (esp. Excel and Powerpoint)
