This role contributes to MPS success by developing and implementing staffing strategies (employer branding) to identify high-quality, diverse candidates for all level positions in MPS China. Acts as a staffing subject matter expert in accordance with MPS guiding principles.
Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieve staffing objectives. Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, vendors, HR team members and other stakeholders.
2. Have a clear campus recruitment strategy and plan in place, manage university relationship with MPS’ strategic partnering schools to build talent pipeline per business needs and foster employer branding.
3. Consult with hiring managers on recruitment and interview process, current and future openings, workforce planning and the future state of the organization to help achieve optimum balance between business demands and human needs.
4. Develop and manage relationships with external parties to build a high quality and diverse candidate pool. Provide regular communication and value-added message to the targeted candidates.
5. Provide the Business with critical staffing metrics and management information in order to make data driven decisions, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
6. Proactively identifies issues, problems and solutions in staffing process.
7. Create and lead special staffing projects and initiatives that affect a function or the company.
8. Perform any other duties or special HR projects assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in English, biz management, graphic design or related.
2. At least 2 years’ experience of recruitment
