Responsibilities

1. As the leader of Sub-contractors’ process audit, work with Sub-con owners to complete the process audit and drive the finding closing.领导和组织MPS 供应商过程审核，和供应商管理团队完成发现项的关闭。
2. Work with internal ENG teams to develop process audit purposes and methods.与内部工程部门开发MPS过程审核目的和方法。
3. Provide input to MPS annual QMS audit on Sub-contractors.向MPS年度供应商审核提供输入。
4. Support MPS end customer audit if needed.有需要时支持MPS终端客户审核。

Requirements

1. Familiar with the audit process, IATF16949 Auditor certified. VDA6.3 certification is a plus.熟悉审计流程，拥有内审员证书，VDA6.3证书优先。
2. Familiar with industrial standard, IATF 5 Tools, VDA6.3, ESD20.20, RBA etc., JEDEC /AECQ standard is a plus.熟悉汽车5大工具，VDA6.3，ESD20.20等标准，JEDEC/AECQ标准优先。
3. Familiar with 8D, CAPA and CI management, PMP is a plus.熟悉8D，CAPA, CI管理，PMP管理优先。
4. 5 years experiences on auditing job, can manage audit independently。5年以上审计工作经验，能独立完成审计工作。
5. 5 years experiences in semiconductor industry5年以上半导体行业经验
6. Good English skill in listening, writing and speaking. 英语听说读写流利
7. Good communication and organizational skill.良好的沟通组织能力
