RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Record qual lot, pp lot, quality issue lot and follow up the assembly out, test out and rel out. 记录质量批号，pp批号，质量问题批号，跟踪装配出货，测试出货。 2. Submit and work with related department to finish STR, reliability request. 提交并与相关部门合作完成STR，可靠性要求。 3. Dispose on hold lot in MES system according to engineer instruction. 根据工程师的指示在MES系统中处理待处理的物料。 4. Support engineer’s other assistance, such as sending samples to assembly site, picking samples from test line, etc. 协助工程师的其他工作，如送样品到组装现场，从测试线取样品等。 REQUIREMENTS: 1.College degree or above.大专及以上学历。 2.Strong communication and coordination skills. Able to communicate well and work both independently as well as in a team environment. Fluent English writing and speaking skills.较强的沟通和协调能力，具备较强的团队合作精神，英语流利。 3.1 years of experience in assembly process or quality roles. And familiar with general assembly processes.1年以上装配工艺或质量工作经验，熟悉封装流程。 4.Knowledge of basic concepts of FA and reliability.了解失效分析和可靠性的基本概念。
