职责描述：1. Full cycle management of test bed business project. Understand and manage customer requirements, control the project scope, budget, risk and schedule;测试台业务项目全周期管理，理解并管理客户需求，控制项目范围、成本、风险和周期2. Regular and effective communications with customers (both internal and external) and project team. Work closely with production team， external supplier and subcontractor to make sure the project have a smooth ramp up.与客户及项目团队成员进行周期性的有效沟通，与生产团队以及供应商，分包商紧密合作以确保项目顺利交付。3. Develop and maintain detailed project work-plans and budgets; identify appropriate resources and assigns them with clear and accurate direction;制定并维护更新详细项目工作计划以及项目预算；获取合适的资源并给项目成员分配清晰准确的工作内容和方向；4. Manage day to day project execution, monitors staff performance against plan and identifies and resolves/escalates project issues. Communicates project status on a regular basis to management and maintains a repository of meeting minutes and project issues.项目进行中的日常管理，按照项目计划监督项目成员的工作绩效、识别并解决项目中出现的问题。向管理层周期更新项目状态，做好项目会议记录及项目问题记录5. Evaluate project risks, develop contingency plans, and responds to change in risk as the project progresses. Identifies, evaluates and monitors relevant quality standards for project and determines ways to meet the needs.评估项目风险，指定相应的应急相应计划。识别、评估并监督所有影响产品及项目质量的事项，确保满足所有要求的质量标准6. Support quality department on process improvement for higher project execution efficiency, Perform the quality and EHS management of the project to ensure that there are no quality and safety accidents.支持质量部门改善流程以便提高项目执行的效率，履行项目的质量，安全管理工作，确保无质量安全事故。7. Other tasks and assignment assigned by the leader of Project Management其它由项目经理团队主管交付的任务任职要求：1. Bachelor’s degree or above in industrial automation or mechatronics，3 years of PM experience in automation engineering projects or related industries工业自动化或机电一体化专业本科学历或以上, 3年自动化工程项目或相关行业管理经验2. - Familiar with Automation engineering project Lifecycle management process and knowledge.熟悉自动化工程项目管理全生命周期管理流程以及相关知识。3. Good communication skills, Be able to communicate with customers (both internal and external) and project team effectively良好的沟通技巧，可以与内部及外部的客户已经项目成员有效沟通4. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English具备良好的中英文（口头及书面）沟通技巧5. Working experience or resources in wind power, automobile test bench industry or vehicle factory is preferred.有风电，汽车测试台行业,整车厂工作经验或资源的优先考虑。6.
